Rates & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $9.99 for (1) item and $14.99 for two - four items. 5 items or more- is a flat fee of $24,99 via UPS/USPS.

2. Dispatch Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched from our U.S. fulfillment centers within 48 hours of order placement.

3. Delivery Time:
While we strive for prompt deliveries, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times can vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

4. Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

5. Packaging:
We ensure your items are packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.

6. International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Please check back as we're continually expanding our services.

7. Returns & Refunds:
If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

9. Holiday Shipping:
During peak holiday seasons, there might be slight delays in dispatching and shipping due to increased order volumes. We recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

10. Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

11. Weather Delays:
In some cases, extreme weather conditions can delay package delivery. While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, some factors are beyond our control.

Returns Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be with the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a screen shot or the original email of your receipt as proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (cs@seminolepromo.com) and send your item to: (Seminole Promo Union Shop - 750 Northlake Blvd. Suite 1020, Altamonte Springs, FL. 32701).

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Close out items

  • Items on sale..

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at (cs@seminolepromo.com)

Shipping

  • Please send item being returned to the following Address (Seminole Promo Union Shop - 750 Northlake Blvd. Suite 1020, Altamonte Springs, FL. 32701).

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please see, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
